Back in 2012, fresh out of university, I embarked on my career as a 360-recruitment consultant. With nothing more than a desk, a PC, and a landline telephone, I dove into the world of recruitment. Back then, prospecting meant picking up the phone and navigating through gatekeepers at reception. While the landscape has evolved significantly, my core principles remain unchanged.
